I have seen this ones on the Internet, but don't remember where!

The middle armrest is Euro version, still this way on the new Updated 2007 E-class. Only US have an other armrest, I don't know why?

On the picture the armrest, steeringwheel and sunglasses drawer looks modified to me!

It would be possible one of the Asian versions, but the rest is also modified on the picture, so why not the screen.
