My Beast has arrived!!!
All I could say is I have a smile from Ear to Ear....
Car is incredible, I ended up buying a silver 04 with 20k miles on it, CPO by mercedes, has many options too many to list, keyless go and Pano are definitely in there. The beauty of it is I bought HRE's 840 from ginger and put them on yesterday, if i was in love then I am more in love now. After putting the rims the car looks badass with these HRE's. I will take pictures and post once I have some nice ones. I am affraid of doing K2, only because of the warranty. let's see what happens. Pictures to follow

I kick myself for not buying that car 
After test driving it I wasn't to sure if I wanted it or not but after driving some other E 55's yours seemed to have the most power. Good luck with it
