Some runs with Z06, tuned RX7, tuned 996 Turbo 520 HP (Videos)
Hello guys...had some runs with stock C6 Zo6 in 1/4 and rolling starts...
Well this car is a beast...very fast but in 1/4 mile when I launched good I was on his bumper when we passed 1/4 mark...
Rolling start he pulled I car lenght on me up to 120+...
When I add pullies and ECU I will beat him
for sure...

That thing is very fast off line...I time lost and I time won...If I launch good we run dead even in 1/4 or I am half car lenght in front... Rolling start he has no chance...

Definitely need to consider getting an LSD such as quaife, to get better launch from the dig. BTW, does the guy in C6 Z06 know how to launch his car. I would think even with your current mods the Z06 would have an easy time beating our beloved E55s.

...
Just got home and havee another small vid with 680 HP SL55 tuned by EVOTECH, I think the guy got ripped off cause I killed him 3 times in 1/4 by 2-3 cars...

Glad to see you are having fun with your W211 and putting those headers to good use! It sounds like you've got quite a powerful 211 to be doing as well as you are against that stiff competition. Be safe my friend, maybe when I'm out in Moscow you can show me the races...

The lowest number on Dyno after 443 at the wheels...after I removed Primary Cats I think I've got another 7-10HP...

Oh my god. Dood z06 stock with a good driver ran as low as 11.3 or maybe .2 lazy to search on z06 board thats STOCK with a a very good drag race driver! Z06 power to weight ratio is almost identical to SLR. the car weights 3100 punds with 500hp and you saying e55 is faster come on....
with a good driver who knows how to drive the car there's no chance of keeping up in e55.

so you saying there is e55 who can runn low 11s? I only recall 2 and both of them use NOS. And yea if the driver dont know how to launch e55 will own it.

Wow, how about that. The quickest car on Dragtimes.com when comparing 2003 and later E55 to 2006 Corvette Z06 is an E55. Ranger, also a member of this forum and an absolute freakishly good driver, ran an 11.204 and an 11.311 on drag radials but the next 5 runs between 11.379 to 11.540 are E55 runs. There is one Corvette Z06 run at 11.540 and than another 4 E55 runs before you get to another C6 Z06 run at 11.670.

Here is small vid and funny story with SL55 whoch should have 680 HP...
I hear and see this nice SL55 pulls up with Wings doors, sounding very mean...
So I go to the owner and offer him a race, he looks at ME from the TOP and says "You dont have any chance, this thing has 680 HP and does 0-60 in 3.7 secs"...I am asking what is it and what is done to it and the Owner doest even know which engine he has...Only thing he know that this car has 680 HP and beats Murceliago ...Anyways eventhough I started to worry a bit...I say "I'm not slow either, lets try" ...He say OK later...I say OK...Go to my frinads and say that thing has got 680 HP and ZO6 guys sayd that he beat him before...Anyways to cut the story short...After couple of minutes I see this SL55 coming next to ME...and asks ME " How much HP do you have, so I dont waste my time and tyres" 
...What a little jork, I say " No much 535 hp" He says OK...Smiles and goes into his car, so certain that he will have an easy kill...
Anyways we went on Green...I wasted him 3 times in a row and pulles like 2-3 cars on him in 1/4...Everybody was ...After this he could just bare to say anything or saty there and leaved ...
