Dyno Results...opinions?

I had the car dyno'd today for the first time.

Dyno Dynamics Dynamometer

Max HP: 323.1
Max Torque: 403
Air/Fuel: 9.4/1

Car is running really rich. Im not sure how much difference getting that corrected, but it will definetly help. Also, does anyone know the correction factors for this type of dyno. I will try and scan the printouts Monday. And yes, the car was in dyno mode.

Anyone in Houston want to get dyno'd for comparison?

even though a dyno dynamics will read lower than a dynojet, you should still be making at least 380-390hp.

i'd have the i/c pump checked to start with.

Indeed. I've seen many E55's dyno at 420whp, so you are 100whp off! Posts like these (and there are A LOT of them) make me not want to buy an E55.. the inconsistency is just killing me

It's not inconsistency. If you've been around long enough, you'll know this is a classic symptom of faulty inntercooler pump. Something is wrong with this particular car, it's not production variation/inconsistency.

Showed my dealer the dyno results. They are going to replace the IC pump, supercharger clutch and fuel pump. I even get a free dyno out of the deal. Everyone seems to complain about the 'stealerships', but I have nothing but good things to say about mine. Great customer service.

Ill get the car re-dynoed this coming Sat.

I agree. If anything, these cars are remarkably consistent (when running right )

which dealership are you going to? imho sugarland is the best. when you get your car fixed take it to the real dyno...the dragstrip! whenever you want to go, let me know! i've made a couple of post in the past...doesn't seem too many people in the area are interested in going...hrp is a great track at sea level...you'll get some good times.

best of luck!
