MD Benz'ers... Euro Germantown?

I obviously need a bodyshop for my E55 I bought my car at Euro in Germantown and use them for service. So far, I'm pleased with both sales and service there.

Has anyone used their bodyshop? I'm REALLY particular about my cars and it has to be perfect or I won't be satisfied.

Thoughts or recommendations?

Thanks!

My adjuster told me that Euro doesn't have their own bodyshops. Anyone recommend a good bodyshop in the area?

Thanks!

Is insurance paying for it or is it out of pocket? I have a hook up that my whole show team uses and I can get you a very good price if you pay cash, hint hint

It's insurance that's paying.

Your adjuster is wrong. EuroMotor's bodyshop is in Clinton, MD off of Old Branch Ave and at any given time, they have about 30 MB's sitting in the front of the shop in various stages of repair. I work with many different bodyshops and I would recommend Collision Works in Beltsville, MD. They specialize in German cars and the quality of their work is exemplary. They have just completed the repair on a Porsche CGT several weeks ago and currently their shop is full of Porsches, Jaguars (I know, not German) and BMW's. The owner John Beckworth is a good guy and he will take good care of your beast. Here's their website:www.collisionworksinc.com.

Body Shops

Are you the one who hit the deer?

Wagonwork in Alexandria, VA is excellent (703.684.2985). There is also a great shop in Rockville called In and Out/Santos and Sons (301-340-0393). Ask for Tony or Louis the owners. They are really excellent. Wagonwork is a great place for major damage in terms of what you need Santos and Sons would be an excellent choice. They are both top rated shops.

I have used Auto Body Craftsmen

On East Gude Drive in Rockville. Dont let Euro take your car to Clinton when there are many good shops locally. If they do take it to Clinton will they flat bed it, or will someone be having a little fun at your expense?

Good luck

I would go to Tysons MB (HBL). They purchased the delaership across the street a few years ago and build a multi-million dollar state of the art body shop. I can give you the name and number of the manager of the shop if you like.

I had my baby worked on when someone hit me about 18 months ago. I toured the shop (the size of a dealership) and was blown away

Thanks, Spero. I'd like the contact info.

Are you doing any other rentals before the snow arrives? I wanted to make the rental yesterday, but just couldn't get away.

I want to but i'm not 100% sure. I will definitely let you know when I do. I just installed a new custom heat exchanger (AFCO pro series dual pass made for highly modded cobra's) and want to know if I can do better than yesterday's 11.7 @ 118.9
