$29.99 for an upgraded intercooler pump
Harbor Freight has a pump that looks like the Johnson pump that everyone is upgrading to. Its a 12 v 300 watt utility pump.

Its specs are 260 gph at 50psi. I'm not sure about the different fittings and brackets to make it work but for the price it might be worth a try.

Gotta love china..

Dude, I don't trust Harbor Freight for the tools, let alone for an integral part of the E55 cooling system.

i feel that taking the "affordable" way out in this situation isnt the best choice you can make.

As a bonus, you can jump it directly to your battery with those clamps it comes with.. No hard wire needed!
