CCW Wheels - Dealer Service is AMAZING!!

I have never seen such GREAT service at making a customer happy!!
Late this summer, I bought a set of 505A wheels with 255 & 295 PS2 tires. Well right away, I get the infamous "295 wiggle". Over the course of the next 3 months, it gets worse! I investigate where/what is causing it??
After thorough investigation, we figure out it's the sorry PS2's causing all the trouble!! ...they have "weak" sidewalls!
Well, I talk to John and Chip at CCW - they talk to the Tire rep, and also their local tire guy. They tell me to send back the entire -set-up and .............POOF! .......... A week later I have a NEW set of Bridgestone RE050A's and to boot they re-polish my rims all at N/Charge $

There is no business that I know of that would provide this kind of service!! CCW Wheels is the BEST!!
Thank You CCW - You have a customer for life!!!

Check out the Corvette forums and others. No one has a negative thing to say about CCW. I'm in NZ and John went the xtra mile to save on shipping costs. They also fit and balance the tires to make sure everything is perfect before shipping. I got the 505A'a as well and John/Chip even went out and got the Mercedes centre caps as to make sure they fit properly. I'm also going with the Bridgestones. I'm probably going to go with custom CCW wheels for my 'Cuda' when it nears completion.

Since their service is the best, why don't you invite them to be a SPONSOR on this site.

wow, that's pretty awesome. I've heard nothing but good things about them (unlike the other custom manufacturers).

my only problem is that all their wheels only come in polished! I don't want shiny wheels! (at least no shiny centers!)

That isn't a problem. i am talking to them about colored centers now and the cost is $75 per wheel.

I have been saying all these good things about CCW for over a year now. They really go the extra mile to make customers happy. I am only 45 minutes away from them, which makes things super easy for me. I am also getting the Bridgestones to do away with the "wiggle" hopefully next week. I have some minor curb rash on 1 wheel & they will repair it when swapping out the tires. John & Chip are an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Are there any distributors in California, or does CCW just sell themselves?

Jangy: They will deal direct anywhere in North America and even possibly outside of NA. I too did get all new rubber. John is amazing! Even after hours I am able to get ahold of him on his cell. He also next day fedex me new lug nuts. I would also go the mile to say that service is extremely comfortable. When I first ordered my 505a's, he'd already made extra 2 rears due to a slight problem and are ready to ship them to me as soon as I want them. That wiggle was the problem and I'd had thought it was the rear rims. So John made me a new set in the rear and set them aside but I didn't need them, He problably sold them but told me that even I wanted he'd make a new set whenever I wanted and send me them. Even being in Canada rather than local but still it's nutz how he goes to the extreme to get me new tires. He had tirerack send me 4 new rubbers charged to CCW's account. I only wish he made 24's. When I get my range rover, I'd love to have another set from John in 24's. I'll have to further talk to him and see what we can do. Also, when I got mine done for my E55 he had a different machine. He now has a new and better machine. A bonus is that they are light rims aswell. The thing that is great is that he owns and calls the shots, so if I needed rims and he tells his staff to make a new set. It would be shipped within a few days, As for others I would think that it would take some process time and then send it out.

Mint, thanks for the input. I am asking him to make me 18X9.5 fronts to run 275/35s and 18X10.5 rears to run 295/30. They are both custom sizes, but if he can do it and keep the price down I am in like Flynn. Also, I would think tha he will then have th edetails worked out to sell quite a few here?

CCW rocks. Chip built me the 16" classics that I ran with the MT's. He also has built a few sets for my Noble and has been great with sending new outer shells as we've moved up from 295's to 335's.
