I also posted this in the S forum today. I know the E forum gets more traffic though:

that situation is pretty common with an intermittant i/c pump failure. i doubt they're going to change out an i/c but a new pump is in order (if that's what you meant in your other post).
unless you have a good dealer, tech, or sa they will try to tell you that your i/c pump is fine because it didn't throw any fault codes and won't do anything for you. bring a copy of your data session with you and prove to them otherwise so you can get the problem corrected.
since having my pump replaced, i haven't had a single s/c shut down...even with the new pulley upgrades.

On another note how did you do the data collection for the graphs of your IAT?

that graph was made on a pc laptop with the nology obdII scanning software. It works great and is really easy to use. If you have any issues showing your shop why the car keeps dying you can show them the graph and then they cant tell you its fine.

Like cyncarvin referred to in his post, I'm going to bring the graphs with me when I roll by the stealerships. We have 5 MB dealerships here in Houston so I'm sure one of 'em will cooperate an change it out for me. I'll go later on in the week.
I'll keep you all posted.
