Just my 2 cents...
That's what I've been trying to say for months. Everytime I do, I get flamed.

guys, what do stock E55's run? say high 11's? i can rode my brothers 03' R6 at 11.56@123 the first time on the track. with practice, prolly make it low 11.00's.

with that said, a bike "should" beat a E55 from a launch. From a roll, i dunno, bikes become dead in the top end (120mph+) due to aerodynamics. thats where the car starts to catch up.

HOWEVER, a K5 E55...now that shoulda WALKED this 600. i think the rider was going ok, but he obviously does not know how to ride. i can hear his shifting is off...

just my observation guys...

MBSteve,

what is your rwh/rwt? my renn stage 1 is 452 & 492. had a goofball in a f-car 360 try to pull onto on-ramp last eve. f-car got walked badly from 25 mph roll on up to 90. pilot passed in further right lane w/out looking over.

483 and 518.. Need to get it dynoed again though.. Your car appears to be putting out a lot of hp for a stage 1..

thanks bro. she was very healthy pre-dyno to begin with. my dyno-graphs here can be found under search "e55 dyno today, renntech-1 install..." thinking about tb/ic combo versus headers/ic. renn auth tuner who did install thinks tb/ic may be stronger and bump her to 600hp and 645tq at crank. by the way, love that vid-nice. know where you walked him...use to live in Manhattan for yrs before moving back to left coast (SF). good wknd.

I would do TB/IC. If your IC is not giving you any problems, why replace it?Putting in the TB/Headers may actually reduce your temperatures as the car will breathe better. Thanks for the kudos on the video.. Have a good weekend..

true. think thought from tuner maybe added heat/output (post renntech 1) may make stock pump more vulnerable to failure given history w/ 211's. guess preventative measure given likely inevitability...but present value of a dollar would dictate pay when only needs replaced. good wknd too.
