Lease Rates for E63

There was a thread several weeks ago discussing oversupply in the E63. It sounded like there was some hope for a special lease promotion like last year's E55. If it happens again, I am going to take a flying leap and lease one. Does anyone have any news to share? Thanks,

I've heard both way on this. You should ask MBUSA to be sure, but I think it may not be. You can save way more than the 7.5% of Euro Delivery.

Lease Rates

Went to the stealership today in OKC. There will be another promotion similar to last year but not too close to $999. It will happen shortly after March 15th. The rate might approach $1199 for a 10K lease with $3,500 to 4,500 down. Obviously, they can't assure anything and since they get so few cars, I'll have to wait. The 10K miles is a problem, not much more than work and the grocery store and an occasional trip.

On a side note, take a look at this.....

As a comparo, I can tell you that the residuals had a 4% drop from dec. 06 to Jan. & Feb. residuals. Currently there are no special programs for the E63 and if anyone tells you there will be on next month is full of ****. No Dealer including myself, ever knows the specials until the first day of the month. Think about it..if all dealers knew the specials of next month. They would sandbag a lot of customers for the following month. Historically, MB Financial has never had special rates on the AMG cars. Even the "specials" that you guys saw on the last of E55s, were not really "specials". Dealers will lowering the cap cost way below their cost and using the regular money factors and the residuals..results were "special lease programs" custom made by your local dealers. Let me know if you guys have any more questions for the lease programs. Peace.

I am sorry my friend, but you are incorrect.

Last year, MB Financial did have a special money rate (0.00185) on E55s that made lower payment possible.

Whether it will be reapeated this year, we will have to wait and see.

It's great to have honest dealers on this site. I wish there were more like you here and at MB dealerships. The person you replied to is a typical dealer/salesperson that I have encountered at MB dealerships -- blowing smoke. I wish MB will send their dealership personnel to Nordstrom and have them trained their and make them more like most BMW and Lexus dealers. When will MB stop trying to sell Prada at Walmarts?

I got 0.00125 money factor on my '06, and that was an MB advertised rate.
