$6900 includes first month payment, aqusition fee and DMV fees. The rest goes to cap reduction. In each state it will be a different number dependant upon what each state charges.
What makes this deal attractive is special money factor rate that is 30% lower than standard and special residuals that are higher than other banks by 8-10%.
Combined, this deal reduces monthly payments by over $300 compared to standard lease.

Very attractive, but my guess is that you won't want to be buying it at lease end....
As far as buying............ why?
It is a lease. Turn it in and get into a new 2009 AMG 63................................................ .......TT.
We can only guess what will be under the hood than

The dealer, if they choose, can take off more $ and make this very good lease an amazing one. When I got my 06 E55 I found a dealer (through AJF1) that used the great MB special money rates etc at the time (just before the 63 came out), plus took off a very nice addtl chunk of $ as well.

Leasing
The money factor is "leased-speak" for interest. Multiply the money factor by 2400 (or is it 2100), I believe, to get what is the interest rate equivalent. Residual is lease-speak for the deemed value of the leased car at the end of the lease term, expressed as a percentage of the"cap-cost." The higher the residual, the lower is the lease payment. Generally speaking, the residuals offered by MB Financial are better (meaning higher) that those offered by other lenders.

E63
Actually, it is a good deal, because it is simply a starting point. The E63s have been closer to $1500 - 1700 with minimal down. Sure, a good deal can get one cheaper (I already got in trouble for divulging that). But, given the new incentives from MB, your dealer may be even more willing to deal.

Thanks, Vadim. What is the residual for each of 27 & 39 months? Also is the mf for 36 months the same as that for 29 months? Finally, how much off of MSRP is the cap cost?
