............I got my car back after de-malcolmization by a local Kleemann dealer. Car runs great. Check engine light is gone. Very pleased. As far as legal side is concerned......things are in the beginning stages. Thanks for asking.

I am sorry to hear about your car. I personally don't know you but I hope you punish this scum and he get what he deserves. My family is in the Mechanic business in California and we see this stuff happen some times we refer them to the Bureau of Automotive Repair I don't know if you have that in your area . They are very helpfully people but if you fight this on your own good luck and don't give up because it can get tuff sometimes. Good Luck buddy.

Damn, sorry to hear what happened to you, Ted. I'm glad that your car is back to normal. As for scammers, I've seen a lot, but I didn't think I would be reading something about them on a Mercedes board......

........Update. I wanted to thank everyone on this board who came to my assistance and suported me both privately and openly. I took my car to the drags yesterday and ran a 12.89 at 104.5mph. So the car is finally back to normal. As for the legal issues, they are still pending, but I am pleased to have my car back. Thanks again!

I talked to Malcolm about teds truck. and he stated to me that heads were
never done on his truck. He also stated that Ted had changed his mine on head work . He showed me ted's revised invoice and it did reflect that.
He also stated that he had been Emailing ted to return a diagnotic tool
he loaned ted and his refund would follow.IM told that ted won't repsond.
This issue made me suspicious and I had my vehicle checked by a nother
shop.I was told that the work was very professional. I wonder two things'
no one else on this site has had a problem with malcolm but you and why won't you return there diagnostic tool? If you been taken that's a shame, but I
think somthing is not adding up with ted.Malcolm also told me They sell
Kleemann Products but they were not a dealer .Before I had Hi-tech work

............Follow up. I just got off the phone with David at Altered Atmosphere. Check this out. My car was never dynoed. Malcolm did bring the car to them for a dyno, but the dyno was not copmpleted because my car's wheel base was too big for the way their dyno machine was set up. Malcolm was to bring the car back another day, but never showed up. Instead he e-mailed me a fake dyno graph. Here is the dynograph he sent me. Notice the absence of any info to identify where the dyno was done.
