Mercedes is gone physically, but still in my heart.
Ted I've never spoken to you, nor do I own a Mercedes anymore, but through reading posts, I've come to see you're quite a stand-up guy. I'm sorry this has happened to you and whatever attempts at refunding the money Malcolm offers, continue to pursue this in court. You have the proof of not just scamming, but blatant fraud and he deserves to be taken out of business. I wish you the best of luck in your legal case against him and please keep us updated as I think many of us take a look at this thread daily.
PS. Never good to mess with a Mercedes owner, especially an AMG owner, they've got more money to spend on a good lawyer than your average customer. Bad call Malcolm, you are a disgrace to the car world and the reason we are all skeptics. Now you will hopefully get what you deserve.

Man, it has been a long time and this thread really makes me remember the crap that Ted had to go through. I seriously hope he at least became whole.
