A search for "Kleemann steering wheel" would have yielded you this page in the W211 AMG forum. It has pictures of a variety of steering wheels including a Kleemann one.

I have it in my car, and it is a very nice steering wheel. It is much thicker than stock and has a very nice feel to it. Looks really good too. Probably going to be for sale, since I am seliing the E55.

I have gotten MP Design steering wheels, with leather/wood which matches the cars' interiors, for both a CLS 55 & 63. They were about $1300 for the 55 and $1400 for the 63. The 55 version had buttons for manual shifting and the 63 version had metal paddles. I was pleased witheachof them. I must say that neither is very old so I can't vouch for their long term durability. MP design is a german company and by reputation makes high quality products. You might check out its website. You can order the MP steering wheels on the West Coast from Performance Products, whose website you should also check. Plan for a long wait if you order a 63 wheel. That wasn't the case when I ordered the 55 wheel in 2005, but I don't know about now.
