Wheels and color question?
Seems the black and silver car wheel combo has been the norm, what else would look good?Silver car with polished lip and silver centers? Not too many options out there really, unless you go with some extreme crazy combo...like red wheels on a silver car.Not my style either.Im really wanting to order some wheels for the car(silver/pano roof)but dont want the same ol black centers. What I should do is sell this silver 55 and buy a white with pano 55.
Any ideas?

Has too be something other than black wheels? If I did go with black then I'd leave the tint on my windows, but if I go with brushed or silver then Im taking the tint off.I really dont care for the tint anyway but it goes well with the pano roof.

Why don't you do a silver center with black lips and keep the tint, I personally think it would look sick on a silver/pano E55 with a carbon lip from Euroteck

What about color matching the centers to the cars silver color and have the lip be polished or chrome?Too much silver maybe?Theres needs to be some contrast to bring out the wheels, mainly why dark colored cars can run light colored wheels and make them look so good.
Anybody have some pics of a silver E55/63 with brushed or machined centers and polished lip?

And the weird thing is that when they are rolling, they look really dark:
Personally, I think the dark silver centers look the best on a light silver car. I wish I would have gone with the chrome lips, the polished ones look great right after you polish them, but they become dull within a week of daily driving. I've been lurking on here for awhile and thinking about an E55 for my next ride.

Why is choosing a wheel for your car so frustrating?
