285/30/20's on 42mm offset 20x10
I'm running 275/35/18 on the front and 295/30/18 on the rear with no rubbing at all. It is close, but no rubbing at all and no rolled fenders. It at least proves that the setup will work, IF you get the offset right.

In all honesty, I'd consider changing your front tires to 255/35/18. The ride height is much closer to the 295/30/18. If my math is correct, your front tires are over 3/10th of an inch taller in the front. Forgive my ignorance--don't E55s have issues if the ride heights are significantly different?
(V owners would have stabilitrac issues if we used a similar setup)

As for your point about going even larger in the rear, it is well taken. however, the emphasis on my project has been to NOT require modifications to suspension points or fenders. After all, how can i talk a wheel manufacturer into making a custom set when they will not be able to market it? as it is, whomever ends up working with me will have the first and only setup that runs 275s up front and 295s in the rear. Currently, only CCW specs to 295s and even they require specific tires. I wish that they would try a slightly more aggressive offset as I believe it would solve their issues.
In the future, I plan to roll the fenders and go with 285 fronts and 305 rears, but that is more when the car is making huge power and has rebuilt arms under it..
my H&R's to eliminate the gap.
