TIRES too big?????? Will these Work?
I was wondering if running a 285-30-20 rear and a 255-30-20 front would fit, or would it be a nightmare. the car is lower than stock...will I rub maddddllllyy, or will it be ok...which fitment would give the problem the 285-30 or the 255-30....THANKS

I had 245/35/20 and 285/30/20 the fronts were ok except at full lock the rear showed no signs of contact but the car had the rear end "wiggle" the wheels came off a CL600 so the offset may have been incorrect. My car was stock height. I went back to the 18's because the ride sucked. Looked good though!

Running a 285/30/20 back and a 255/30/20 front would result in the back wheels standing taller than the front......is this something you are trying to achieve. The correct size would be 285/25/20 in the rear, remembering that the 25 height measurement is a ratio of the tyre width.

just came across a great deal on pilot sports but I was acually thinking of going 245-30-20 AND KEEPING the 275-30-20 ....I think 25 is way too thin, Mogz you know how bad LA streets are I wouldnt want to drive like a grandmother just to becareful with the wheels...i feel like Id have to with the 25 series...

I guess it's depend on the offsett. I was using 245/35/20 and 275/30/20....the front rubs to the bolt when turning, and then I replace the front with 245/30/20, no problem afterwards, but now Im curious to try with 255/30/20 since the 245 is really thin compare to my rear tires....
