I collect them all, I even keep a few spares. My favorite is the Mario ones. I like the silve rand mustard colored ones. i also like the craftsmnship on my white star one, but prefer the AMG logo. I can say that both are of great quality.

The OEM (CLK) flat badge is a POS. They fade in a few months and are too big for the hole on the W211, so they rub the paint.

Search for "Mario" and you will come up with an email address. The badge has large washers, gaskets and a butterfly nut that screws on to the post. Once installed it is very secure. Installation take 5-10 minutes.

My WHITE STAR Flat Badges fit either E55 or E63. The size of the upright star it replaces is the same on both models.
