Played with a 997tt this am

im not understanding, which car my 997 or the E55 i sold? 997 is a flat 6 with 480hp and 457lbs of torque, 3.6 liter with no turbo lag, unlike the older 996 which suffered from it, its a real beast.

I haven't come across the new Z06 just yet but there are a few in my neighborhood that stay garaged quiet often, its the only car that i think will give me a real good run, my buddy's father has a Ford GT but he is to much of a girl to run my 997 the way i would like him to.

NOT YOU AGAIN. Dude, I'll believe that Kate Beckinsale is waiting for me in my bedroom with a gallon jug of Astroglide before I believe anything that comes out of your mouth. You called me out and got OWNED like slavery, why do you keep posting here? Two weeks and you've sold your BS E55 and gotten a 997TT, for which there is a waiting list longer than King Kong's *******? YOU CAN'T EVEN GET YOUR SIG RIGHT! It's a 997, not a 993.

About the waiting list though: true, if you want to order one it takes forever...but there are plenty of 997TTs that can be located and bought same day.
And yeah, I noticed the sig too, "'07 993"???...

Take a look at this thread..
Those magazine numbers are not worth the paper they are printed on. I believe the magazines said that an E55 runs the 1/4 mile in the mid 12s when there are a number of people on this board who have accomplished high 11s.

His audacity is just amazing. Guys who've actually had the experience of meeting this tool, does he look like this? Because this is totally the mental picture I get of NOEZWAYOUTOFASALVAGETITLE:

Wait a minute, you're the one who STARTED this by talking ****, and now you're belittling me for it?
This is what happens every time you type a word on MBworld, ESPECIALLY when I'm involved:

997 TT. nice car. friend of mine is taking delivery within the next week as has been on wait list for about 3 months. after 1-2k break-in, believe it is getting mods at sharkwerks here in bay area. think hp will bump to ~600. power/weight ratio should something.

Sharky does good work. Your buddy will be very happy. Make sure you run him before and after the tuning.

yes, hear that. he's good man, had e60/m5 that bmusa bought back given enumerate issues. anyway, he is humble as he thought my e55/renn-1 (~560 hp/605 tq crank) would give his stock 997TT a good run. not so sure. would like to run, just to see. guess may give him a good run for a bit up to 120 (while he is stock, of course). went to sharwerks today online....seems like they build some beasts there. thanks, L8APEX.
