You should be able to get that price from any muffler shop, or maybe cheaper. If not one shop go to another and say "the store over there offered me 70, can you beat it?"

just because they are going over the stock pipes doesnt mean they cant be reduced, hence I though id point it, sound like you made sure it was the exact pipe diameter

I too am very interested to hear the outcome. My biggest concern is the volume in the cab and any low end power loss.

Excellent. Is the sound consistent throughout acceleration, especially when letting off the gas?

What about the volume in the car with the windows up?

My understanding of the resonator is that it prevents the exhaust from sounding like a rattling tin can (something I am sure none of us want our cars to sound like).

I want a little louder exhaust too but I want it to still sound like a Euro and not an American hot rod.

I'm thinking about just changing to race cats and leaving the resonator on. Race cats go for $100 each on Ebay. It should be $300 altogether with installation.

What are your thoughts?

I pulled the resonator and put on a set of Eiesman street. It rumbles now.
They don't give them away, but they are a quality product.
Now I think I am going to sell it.
