im looking for a exhaust system for my car. or making the one i have a little louder. what u guys think i should do about this

I say cut out the resonators. That'll make it sound better. If you need more, I say get your mufflers gutted. It is far cheaper than getting new mufflers and the sound is amazing.

Hell w/that just fab up some straight pipes, (essentially what my Vette has -Cat back bullets small reso's w/straight pipes! routinely setting off car alarms!! luv it! NA V8 hungers for it!)

removed secodary cats and resonators...if it not enough get race muffler if it not enough get headers

Start with takin out yer resonators...if you don't like and you want to take a big step, just go straight pipe from the header back...that'll be loud

Do the tips rattle after you remove the mufflers? I'm afraid because last time I took of my 2ndary cats (after the resonator delete), the tips rattle so much it's annoying...

Blue_Monster's truck sounds amazing.

Rip out those resonators. If you're hardcore, rip out the mufflers. If you're crazy, run the car without an exhaust system. Leave the headers open.

You'll have to cut something if you want to make it louder. Cutting resonators is what you want to do and it cost around $80. Putting them back on is cheap to...

Mine is a lease too. Who cares, its not your car. You can always put it back to stock towards the end with minimal expense. Mine do not rattle at all. You just have to weld them down better.

I think that the exhaust sounds better when you delete the secondary cats and leave the resonator in. It is louder and has a more refined tone.

What type of shop would you have to go to in order to get the resonators deleted? Would Midas do it right or would you have to go to a custom exhaust shop?

What's the difference in sound from cutting the Secondary Cats and the Mufflers? I already have the resonator delete, however doesn't sound loud enough for me. If you want a sound clip just PM me, will be more than happy to send you one.

You mean rear mufflers ??? so you are running exhaust with out any mufflers at all (it would be too loud) or I am confusing something ???

or you removed middle mufflers and secondary cats ???
