Yea and about HALF the weight too. Not trying to take anything away from the s4's. They are very impressive!! But on race gas too. Just make sure everyone knows the TRUTH.
Race gas, 20+psi boost, light weight, upgraded twin turbos, ecu tune, and whatever else done to the motor. Or a bone stock M5 on full tank of pump gas, and a pair of mufflers.

our mods on the S4 were upgraded K04 turbos and fueling (includes ECU/software)...running 20-21 psi....upgraded Intercoolers on STOCK motor. We were running a mix of racegas and pumpgas (prob 60% racegas for me) and BoneDoc Karls sedan had a little more pumpgas (he was probably on a 50/50 mix). We were not running straight racegas
A stock B5 S4 sedan weighs 3600 lbs, and my S4 Avant weighs 3750 lbs. I have about 150 lbs or so of weight savings (which puts me at the same weight as a sedan)....but I also had an extra passenger (so did Adam...which was you)...Anthony's M5 was solo. I believe a stock M5 weighs around 3900-4000 lbs....curb weight. They also had Charcoal Filters removed....whatever that's worth (seems like anywhere from 5-15 whp depending) S4's are not light cars.....they are actually known as porky Pigs

The last 3 races were against BoneDocs S4 sedan.
Both S4's (mine and BoneDoc's) have the same setup. We are both Stage 3 (as there is no Stage 4 yet on the S4's). My car has been running a little quicker than my buddy BoneDocS4's, even though we have the same hardware and software. His car is running a little rich which we'll get sorted out. My Avant is just more in its "sweetspot" I guess you could call it at the moment.

The last 3 races were my buddy's S4 Sedan vs. Anothny's M5. The 1st race (75 mph start).....S4 could not hear the honks, so you can see the M5 jump one car ahead. You can see no one really pulled after that. The 2nd race (from 75-80 mph)....they started pretty even, M5 pulled slightly and ended up ahead. The 3rd race (start from 60 mph)....the S4 Sedan pulled ahead.....and kept the lead till they shut it down at 140+ MPH or so. M5's have the gearing advantage up top as we know....so the higher the start speed, the more advantage it has.....and vice versa. I will say though....it also depends on the car. BoneDoc's S4 is not running as strong at the moment....while mine pulls pretty good above 100 mph. I would run to 180 MPH, but we don't have the roads and it gets kinda nutty at those speeds

Thanks for the kind words.....I think a modded E55 will be a hell of a run, just haven't had a chance to run one yet. Win or Lose, it would be fun and I'd be up for it......if any modded E55's in the SoCal (LA, OC, or I.E. area) want to meet up and do some comparisons. We are meeting up with some interesting fast cars next time....which will include a Chipped SL65 AMG, a Lambo LP640, 997TT, 2 modded 996TT's, C6 Z06, and hopefully the M5's in the video (Anthony and Adam's). So it would be great to have an E55 represent

Even Gustav tried to claim that the aftermarket rims were perhaps slowing down the "M"
because he refused to believe what he was seeing. So as far as he was concerned ,put on the stck rims, and those modded S4's would perhaps not have a chance vs a stck M5.

Gustav thinks the M5/M6 will beat anything. No amount of videos or facts will sway his opinion. I just wish he would put money on some races, I'd be a rich man!

good thing I did not make a blanket statement...
you are trapping 118-120+ if I can recall correctly.. which will put you on M5 level any day and slightly ahead.
amazing with AWD..
(don't need to race to 180 to prove a point.. going to 140 is already crazy)

Well we'll just have to see. I have not seen a stck E63 run 11's but I've seen stck E55's run 11's. So to me no comparison especially in the 1/4 mile. So when Evil brings the car back to NYC he'll have plenty of modded 55's here ready for him to try and prove your point.

First of all, I am reporting facts not fiction. I’m the first to post results of a faster car (there will always be a faster car). This Audi is faster than our cars despite your ego. Moreover, any stock 55’s that have posted faster times than the 63’s have listed times at sea level tracks on the wrong coast. Why don’t you bring your ego and car to a west coast track and then we’ll see how you fair…
So I guess there are no E63's on the East coast!
"I"have yet to see any E63 over Here run anything like a stck E55 HERE on the EAST coast in the 1/4 mile. I'm reporting facts and not fiction based on what I've seen. Not saying it's impossible but I have not seen or heard it. And my cousin owns a beautiful white 07' E63. PS No ego here! Just want EE to bring the BEAST and show what it could do! Who do you think started this thread and expressed how impressive his car is!
Calm down! By the way I have NO problem racing an E63 in the 1/4 mile with my car(W202 C55) win or lose. I don't own an E55 either.
