Widest Tire
Does anyone know whats the widest tire that fits on the stock 55 wheels. 275/35/18?, 285/35/18? And will they tuck under or fit with the car lowered w/ the renntech lowering mod?

Hehe!! I recommend a 275, but 285 also fits. The fit and rubbing is no issue at all. It is all about the quality of the ride. For straight line grip, the 285 will be flexible enough to give better traction. For handling, the 275s will be more responsive.
I'll add my usual disclaimer. I say get 2 extra rear rims and run 275/35 all around. The rear rims fit on the front nicely

That's my OEM setup. I took it a step further and put 9.5 inch rears on with 295s. It is a sweet setup.
Just for fun, try flipping the front and rear rims out. The 245s get smoked in the back, but the car handles so much better that way.
