New personal best in the 1/4 mile, Video & Slip
Last night I did some more drag racing up at NED (Epping NH). My car is still stock, last time I ran a 12.59, this time I ran a 12.45. The weather was hotter today around 70 - 75 F. I also had about 3/5 a tank of gas. Last time it was 55F and I was on E. The reason I got better times was because I had my car in Sport mode, last time I accidently had it in Comfort mode. I shaved 2 tenths off my 60'. Because of the increased heat and gas my car lost about 2 MPH. My friend filmed a couple of runs, I will hopefully be able to get those posted on here tomarrow. I have EVO Sport headers and a ASP pulley on order, I will run the car again once those arrive, I am hoping for 11.8. I included a scan of my drag slip & a video of one of my 12.4 runs. My car is on the right in the slip, I ran against a 95ish Acura Integra. The video has a modded Mustang on the left, he ran a 12.8 @ 106 MPH.

When you say you had it in comfort mode are you talking about the suspension or the gearbox setting?

Thanks for the Kudos, my car may have chirped a tad off the line, but it was probably the Mustang you could hear. I think if the weather was a little cooler I could have run 12.3.

My car has a new set of Goodyear F1's (Well, they where new). They seem to hook up really well. When I launch the car I just stomp on the gas and the car fly's forward with out any wheel spin. I did a 0-60 estimation using a calculator online, it claims I did 0-60 MPH in 3.78.
Derrick, me and another guy from the board are probabaly heading up in about 2 weeks. My headers and pulley are suppose to be arriving soon. If they arrive in time I will go in about 2 weeks. I will make a post a few days before, inviting everyone to join us.

Let me know when you are going to NED, I live in Maine and want to go for my first time to get a base 1/4 on my Stock 04 E55. You guys could "break me in".

Was just in Boston on Monday for the Roger Waters show. WOW..........What a show.....
I am getting some mods ordered today and will want to track it afterwards. Hopefully by next week I will be ready......... I want to DYNO the car first to get a baseline to measure against as I mod.......
Never been and not aware of the procedures. I will be a fish out of water so to speak so it would be nice to have you or Ethan there to help me get through my first track day. How do things work there???
