We have 91 in California no 93 available.
The filters in or out will not change my times
How much did the E63 weigh? It beat you by about 2.2 tenths. That's about 220 lbs. Rule of thumb - every 100 lbs and every 10 hp = 1/10th in the quarter.

Don't underestimate the affect of removing the charcoal filters. If it increases hp, then it improves your time. I thought I saw that it provided for an improvement of 10 rwhp. If true, that gave you a tenth right there. Free speed. Nice.

I think my car gained zero...On one car he got 18 RWHP. All the other 63's that have dynoed have not seen any gains. It could help with nice cool air. I will list it in my sig. I just know it did not give me improvement. My car was 4625 and Tommies was 4395 230 lbs difference.

Bust still DR make a huge difference especially on a 55 where traction is a huge problem. Put DR's on a 55 like you have on a 63 and i bet you could easily drop .2 in the first 60

Bro you're cool on one hand the next you're turning into a basket case on defending/rationalizing/your cls63 you said in PM as well on a prior thread to your Sac town track day where your trap speed jumped miraculously to 113 from 109-111 you mixed 100+ octane to make race fuel on that day.

Do you want me to list the text?

Michelin Pilot Cups are verrry sticky thought of some of, if not the best besides full slicks in the Vette community where traction is by far more hard to come by w/lighter weight vehicles. Sticky tires or drag rads can knock your times down by a full half sec in some cases, you keep comparing your 63 to BONE STOCK E55k's it's a total joke.

I bet you even totally remove your air filters not just carbon filter, since you listed your NHRA quote also even though I haven't ran any of my vehicles on 1/4 tracks I've been going since I was a youngster way back in the day w/my grandpa huge fan he lived on the East Coast.

BONE stock your HEAVY cls63 is a low 13 sec 1/4 car end of story, the E63, is way lighter, & the E55k is in a total differrent league w/superior power plant & again significantly lighter.

Please stop comparing it to the CLS55, it to was always slower than the E55k.

What should I compare my car 2?
No offense but bringing my octane level to whats reccommended by the factory is not a MOD, did it help, I hope so. My filter removal netted ZERO hp gains call EVOSPORT for details, or if you prefer I can post both DYNO's. My car is heavy but it can hang with any stock 55 even one with DR's and race fuel. Funny I owned my 55 for 36 months, and you guys disrespect me continually. I am confident , 100% confident that I can hang with any CLS 55 in the USA and likely within the weight differential of any E55(.2-.3). You and others here cling falsely to past results comparing East Coast runs with West Coast runs , show me a WEST COAST RUN in a 55 that is sub 12.4@116 or better. The West Coast 55's are .5 slower than the East Coast 55's or is it simply......

THE EAST COAST HAS SUPERIOR TRACKS AND BETTER AIR?
You guys keep using non-sensical data points to show the 55 as faster. On the same track same day , my first time I beat the 55 to the point of boredom. Cars are = race is driver determined
