I tried to register to the AMG lounge with my VIN code and for some reason couldnt. I sent a letter to their email and they promised to answer in 1 to 2 days, which they didnt. Anyone else get this kind of crap service?

Yeah, same story, wouldn't accept mine either because I live in Australia.

Anyway, later I used a bogus US VIN to access the site which didn't contain anything that exiting so your missing out on nothing special.

Well my email is such that it should be ok. Never happened to me before. And for some reason my VIN code doesnt work. It pisses me off when things dont work...

Absolutely no action or meetings. You see an AMG rarely now and then, but mainly the old stuff c32 etc. These are very rare cars here sadly. Due to the not only high tax related extremely high sales price, but the high 2nd hand price I think is the biggest reason. Sweden is a totally different story I think, if you look at the airfield videos by Gustav etc.

This is the only E55 in Finland for sale at the moment. 2003 126000km 99000 euros=135000dollars

Due to the high tax, there are only a few AMG's located in Finland. This encourages a strong second hand market for car dealers, however. For an example the second hand price for a four year old car is still close to 100 000 euros or 136 000 dollars.

The problem here is that the car dealers use the rarity of the car in their advantage. They have high asking prices, beacuse the car is rare and then again when you trade the car in they say the car is so rare that they cant give you a good price, because they wont sell the car.

Here are more examples from last month, but they were sold I think...
