Sold the beast... bought a 996 TT, X50
so I did it today... bought a pristine Silver 996 TT CPO w/ 21k miles, X50 package, Ceramic brake package (w/ yellow calipers), short throw, silver seat backs, yellow stiched seats and dash, whale wing, 19" techart wheels, etc.. the works!!!!
As such I have a couple of things for sale:

Sorry man... I had the car posted for a couple weeks for forum members to take advantage of.
To the dealer... they gave me 55k and I keep my HRE's so I should net a little bit over 59k after I sell the HRE's.
Actually I still have the car until monday (that is when I take delivery of the p-car). If you or anyone else can come up with 59k by Monday... I can certaintly sell it and just give them the cash... Let me know.

Change the diverter valves, put on the Evo intake, get a new exhaust and send your ECU up to Steven at Imagine Auto and you'll have a monster in your hands. (Not that's it mild now.)
Be ready for your driving personality to become much more aggressive.
When I went from the 911TT to the CL55 I relaxed much more behind the wheel.
, i've been debating a 996TT for a long time now. Register on 6speed, lots of good info/parts there.

Enjoy Josh, had a 996TT Stage III myself but grew out of it. You have a lot more open freeway than I do in the OC so happy motoring.

we have a Range Rover HSE (not supercharged) and love it. But, I don't think I could have it as my only car.

I will still definitely hang around here and will probably get another MB in the near future. Maybe a 63TT when that comes out.
