Just wanna say that I've had my E63 ECU upgraded by Adam at EuroElites, all I can say is the difference is like night and day, the car feels so much stronger now. It seems alot more like my 55 at lower RPM now and even stronger when in the higher revs. The car pulls really hard from a dig all the way to 200 MPH. I'm extremely happy with this upgrade and would definately recommend it to anyone out there that wants it.

Thanks for everything Adam, I'm really impressed with this software...
PS, Let me know about those air filters and also the exhaust stuff we were talking about.

Glad to hear the upgrade went well. Was it RENNtech, Kleemann, or otherwise?

Is this an ECU only upgrade? If it won't do much for a 55, then why would it do a lot for the 63?

I didn't have the chance to dyno it before or after, but the butt dyno tells me it made a good increase.

I did see 200 but unfortunately never had a video camera with me, either way it would be really hard to watch the road and film at the same time.

I'm not sure what software it is, I'll have to ask Adam....

firstly, how much did it cost,
and second, regarding break in period, are you guys actually driving under 50miles per hour until 500 miles? or are you smashing the petal to the metal and allowing those rings to seat properly within the first 20 miles (like they already do at the factory. lol . so what is the break in period for. these cars are made to DRIVE baby!

its like a child, you give them an easy a time out here and there, they learn that nothing works and they can rule the world. kick them in the *** the first day they disobey, they will be OWNED by you.

moral = you OWN your 63! she' doesn't own you!

you command your kids, they deliver the results.
you command you 63, she will deliver the results.

It's there, just not as obvious... not nearly as noticeable as the pulley upgrade. However, you combine both and you get noticeable feel. My ASP pulley and Evotech SW dyno will be done shortly. However, there is now jerkiness going from 1st to 2nd at slow speeds with the tune, and even more so evident after the pulley install. I posted about that earlier.

Any concerns about voiding the warranty? I understand some dealers are flagging cars.

It is all the same risk on the 63s. The issue is having to open the case to do the tune. It isn't the programming that is getting flagged.

NEVER

I have always wanted to see proof of that in an E55, too. Race prepped, sure but that is hard to do on these roads (in Mexico).
