E55 vs C32

Can anyone here help me out with a speed difference question. I have a 04 C32 and want to upgrade to an E55 but I saw this post:
"The E55 pretty much pulled from begining to end. From 0-100, the E55 was about 2.5 car lengths ahead of the C32. Both cars had ESP on, sport mode(s) on, did not power brake, etc. Same results from rolling start. However, I did give the C32 about a 1/2 second jump once rolling at about 10MPH and it was tough to reel him in until about 80 MPH."
Now everything I have read says that the E55 should win by about 10 car lengths, stock vs stock. Since the E55's are in the low 12's and the C32 are running low 13's. Have you guys come up against a C32 with these results?
I find it hard to beleive that my 6 cylinder can run this good against your 8's
Thanks in advance!!!!
See yeah
but keep in mind you give any car .5 second jump.. and you have to work hard to reel him in.
I have both.. and I have driven both modded and stock..
C32 with pullies and sprint booster will surprise many stock E55 from the line. The C32 will stay with the E55.
After 80 to 90.. it will bye bye C32.
My 03 E55 is at the dealer getting a new torque converter, new radiator and new kompressor clutch. The car always felt fast, but something was not right. The shift were very rough and it felt sluggish at time. I have no doubt that I was missing HP and TQ.
My C32 feels more rough, and you can feel the speed build up. It feels quicker, since is more raw.

I DIDN'T believe the quote, that is why I came to this board for some GOOD info. If you read my post, I was the one that said the E55 should win by about 10 lengths.
Oh well, thanks to the guys who posted me some GOOD info
And to you my friend, LIGHTEN UP FRANCIS

See yeah

And thanks again for the info guys
