The front looks aggressive enough to make me forget about the uglyness, but the back is way too comon and beyond ugly 
I hope the real thing won't look anything like this.
Unfortunately, sometimes the photoshop pictures match the actual design when it later comes out, but most of the time, these pictures are completely off base. I think they are getting better and better at getting it right though. The photoshop people from German Car Fans got the new CL and new C-Class almost dead-on

I could live with it since AMG seems to be working harder on chassis improvements in the early development stages like they did on the c63. Spy shots of the next gen e63 have already been posted in other threads so I'm hopeful that it will be a winner. The new nav center from the new S and C classes is a tremendous step up as well.

IMHO it's a pretty obvious photoshop, and I think I've seen similar artist's rendering from Auto Bild or Auto Motor und Sport from Germany.
The front end design makes it almost believable, an evolution from the current lighting layout into the W221 S-klasse. But the rear end...I think that's a Lincoln?? That's the less believable aspect of this rendering for me.
