long story short i played softball tonight with a pro basketball player that owns a brand spankin new S65 so of coarse i was all over it very nice car by the way. anyways he made the mistake of sayin it was the fastest 4 door in the world. so of coarse i said if im playin next week with you ill bring a lil E class out for a race. so its on im gonna try to get a camera to record the race but we will see.

question at what speed is his car gonna pull on me? so i can make sure we only race to that speed..lol..

Hahaha, I think you should race him out the hole...His car is very heavy compared to yours.

word. i playd with a 65va while back. if you dont know a 55/65, and u put teh pedal to the floor at the get-go, then you WILL have a relitivly crappy 0-60ish. so learn how to launch your car, and hope that he will just slam on the gas and bog down his TCS. you should be fine if he lays on it.

for sure from a dig but at some speed hes gonna over power me? just dont know when. i dont know any thing about thoes cars. way outta my price range. maybe after i beat him we can trade cars so he can have the faster, of coarse he will have to throw in some cash also. lol.

Iv'e driven the new 65 for an hour at mercedes world in London when i was out there last month and the car has major wheel spin from dig so a reace from dig would help u... but then again i've never driven a 55 so im not sure about the wheel spin on that which im sure is major....a bit off topic mercedes world in london is AMAZING i recommend it to anyone who is out there....

I'd have to say if you dont get a good jump on him out of the hole, by 100mph, he should come by you...but it's the street and anything can happen...good luck, hopefully you'll get it on video

What speed did you hit on the back straight? I got to about 94 right before the 90 degree right.

I was really impressed by the ABC on the S65.

I went there to test the SL55 and guess what, it was in the body shop.

$750 US for 3.5 hours of playing on a short track ... only because I had nothing to do that Saturday.
