Anyone who needs hotel arrangements for MIR, please list your name below and send me a PM. We are working on getting us a group rate at a hotel outside of DC (about 45 minutes from MIR). I think we should stay here as there aren't any nice hotels near MIR, plus we could drive to the track in the morning with E55Jay and Blackbenz. The rate for the hotel should be no more than $129/night. Rooms are getting booked quicker than we thought and thus we would like to get confirmations before 9/20. Hotel details will be sent via PMs.

Tried getting in touch with SleeperX over the wknd and no luck! The deadline is coming up. Are we still gonna discuss the hotel arrangements and send the $$$$ or how is this gonna be done?

P.S. and whoever is going, please comment here if you are interested in staying in the same Hotel. We don't wanna plan this at the last minute.
