E63 fog lights, would these do the trick to make the fogs look xenon?

That's exactly what I run... I spent a lot on different bulbs... And these are damm close!

I have them in the Fog & High beams, and I have PIAA 168 wedges in the parking lights... It looks *****in!

i wouldnt recomend them bad experience with them buring the harness after a year of use not worth it stick to the original factory look

I would recommend HID fogs. We have done them on plenty 63s and it looks awesome.

How can a 55 watt PIAA bulb be bad for a 55 watt OEM bulb? It's the same wattage.

yea, but remember the E63 fogs are different bulbs than the E55 fogs...

Yes and no, PIAA claim 85 Watts of light on 55 Watts of electricity.
They will burn up/melt wires and mounts in lamps.
To be fair the stock 55 Watt bulbs will melt the lamps too, but not as fast as the PIAA.
