Um quick question
I recall reading that the Bosch pump was failing mostly due to some bad motor they had in the unit.
Now does this cobra pump have this same motor? if so won't the problem of pump failing happen again

pump! (sorry had to say it
)
I mean bump![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
come on guys what think thee of this pump?
There has been an update on the SL forum
can this pump be seen as a middle man between cm90 and cm30. As people said cm90 is overkill and that it might cause problems because flow could be to high to cool things?

Those f150 guys are talking about the coolant pump for the radiator which, I assume, is driven off the crankshaft. So a larger pump flows more water but because its bigger saps more energy from the engine.
The intercooler pump in the E55 is electric and not crank driven. A bigger pump doesn't sap anymore crank power - because its not connected to the crank. A bigger pump, the 90, is just harder to fit because of its size and the hose fittings.
Thats my take anyway.
