Price on a new E63 AMG
Hello guys,
Have been following the threads in this forum for the past month or so. Have been looking at a brand new E63. The dealer is offering this to me @$3500 off MSRP. Is this a good deal or should I wait a little longer? I live in the SF Bay Area.
Thanks in advance!

Goto edmunds.com and try to get about 4 quotes from other dealers. You can do much better than $3500.

Suggest you also look at a used E63. They have a few ticks but you will save a buttload. Oh and $3,500 off is way too little. What options are on the car?

I got $3,500 off MSRP but from some of the posters on board it sounds like it was not a great deal...FWIW I am leasing for 33 months with 66% residual for 12,000 miles a year.

Thanks for the input everyone!
The car has the P2 package, Voice Control, Bluetooth, iPod kit, Panorama sunroof, electronic trunk closer and Parktronic.
I've also thought of leasing but haven't got the numbers yet. Maybe I'll look at the used cars as well to see if something comes up that I like.

a car that gets very poor gas mileage.
It sounds like you're talking about an '08 E63 with $3,500 off of MSRP...because if it's an '07, you should be getting at least twice that off the MSRP.
Good luck.
Good luck.

Whatever you decide, good luck! I'm loving the car so far.

It's not your fault. It's difficult to play hardball with the dealer when the car is so good and you're still wearing a smile from ear to ear from the testdrive.
