2014 GL 350 on order
Yachtmaster: will ask again today to my local shop if they have solved the puzzle. I did this mod on my show truck Ford F350 Turbodiesel by grinding off a detent pin on the main headlite switch after I converted all the halogen based lites to bi-xenon HID including the driving lites.
As always I will keep this forum posted on breaking developments.
BTW, great service from James as he called me the next day to ask how the install went-purple ribbon service! Joker

I wish James had stuck to bulbs and such, instead of tuning. I'm ok as long as he gets the purple ribbon and not the blue one.
