Nice times! However car could be running a little too rich up top which could also kill your mph. Did you put in an AFR gauge and wide band O2 sensor yet?

Car is hooking and making nice TQ down low but seems to be falling off up top. 66 degree temp and 60.8 dewpoint is a good temp to run your car in. That's not very humid at all. Not like the other nite when the dewpoint was 100%. Even corrected the car is still running at 117mph.

If you can trim some of the fuel out as the rpm's climb you will definitely pick up some pwr up top which would help your mph. However to do this safely ,leads me to my statement below.

This is why like Albert(Rflow)and Patrick(PTE) ,I'm a big fan of Custom Dyno Tuning and not generic tuning(Off the shelf tuning). Every car will be different.

Jody - I checked out those tires. They are really DOT-approved racing tires, not drag tires. Much grippier than any street tire, but they give up standing start grip to a true drag tire in exchange for a stiffer sidewall that lets the car handle better. But you already know that.

Jody, fess up! There's only one way you got those times, isn't there? We all know your girlfriend was driving and you were filming.

Nice times, bro!

Your worst nightmare...
Carl....Who understands you....first it was too lean....now it's too rich.

Car is running very good to me, I will run again in a less humid environment and if it doesn't trap above 120+, then I will revise the tune. I have solid proof that everyone that night ran 3 to 4 MPH slower, I wasn't the only one.

The car before wasn't even making it to 11.9999 it was always 12.2, 12.5, 12.3....car constantly ran 11.6, i'd say that is almost a full second faster. I will keep making changes until it feels right. I will also install the A/F gauge.

Get the talon ready and come see me...we will see if it's too lean or rich..
