its impossible to accurately compare results between two different dynos, is there an issue with going back to the dyno where u had a baseline?

Well, you make it hard for me... I past an unpainted law car in +200 two days ago (km/h is that and i do not live in germany, so it was slightly beyond speed limit)... and there was a painted one waiting for me down the road... they laserd me and chased me down, first question was, oh this car must be fast, we nearly managed to get here before you past...so no driving for me in along time, they took my driving license at site Also I can ad that the spiked wintertires can take some speed, all spikes are still there.

But ECU is tempting anyway... I was thinking of Victors package with pulley and tuned ECU, will your ECU work with pulley and without? Since it winter here, I was thinking of waiting to spring with mods, but now I will not be able to drive until spring so some time for mods...

Ah, because I was promised between 550 and 560 HP and 570 TQ with the ECU tune alone from this company.

That is what sealed it for me in the doubt area. 469HP to 550HP with an ECU tune alone I knew was not going to happen....at least not without some serious chances of powertrain failure.

Powertrain is not a concern with these cars, some members here are pushing alot of HP with no failures at all..

BUT that claim of 550hp with tune alone is absurd! In order to make that kind of power you must move more air through the motor,an ecu tune alone wont do it....More BS claims from the team of engineers!

I spoke to Brabus today. I spoke to them about the CLS63 . They have high flow primary cats that they say will add the extra power down low. They have a nice package B63 which includes air filters, cats and ECU tune..

On your non aspirated cars, you would do better just getting some race cats installed. I would even consider removing your secondary cats. You don't need the backpressure that the kompressors need and it MAY help cool things off a bit.

I thought you got a tune? All you can really do is advance the timing by about 6 degrees and run higher octane gas. But, that will add heat.

You guys are focused on the wrong part. You already have 500hp. Adding 5 here and there is cool, but it isn't all that. Finding ways to add power or sustain the power is the way to go.

If you unplug the ECU, then plug it back in it should reset itself anyway. If anyone has done the "sneaky ECU" then you'll know the car feels much faster.

With that said, I want to start a company where you ship me your ECU. I ship it back next day with my special top-secret program designed by German nuclear scientists that will "increase throttle response, shift points, and add horsepower" for only $300.00

You get the ECU back next day, plug it in, and the car will feel faster and more responsive. That's a guarantee and I stand behind my product.

dyno results may vary...

They are basing there claims on a under rated HP from MB for our cars, my car is stock and it puts out around 500 at the crank. There's no way it can put down 428 rwhp with 469 at the crank. They know these cars are under rated so the proposed 550hp is possible with a tune alone if the tune can get you an extra 45-50 hp. But I'm not convinced that can be done yet. Just my .02

Veloce must have given 55wagon his money back if he agreed not to release the dyno results. This forum is about sharing info and 55wagon said he would post the results. Where are they?
