Shell the best gas?
I am a new owner of a 05 E55. What is the minimum octane should I put in my car? Previously had a S4 and I always was a fan of Shell V power. I tried Sunoco, Exxon, Mobil etc... but nothing was like Shell. There was a big noticible difference after using Shell. Any other suggestions?

The lower-tier brands tend to run closer to government minimums with regard to their detergents and additives.
Depending on your market, the particular oxygenate utilized can affect power output a bit. Basically, the worse the local pollution, the poorer the gas (for performance)

Holding off on mods for now
For now I am keeping my stock rims and just adding a trunk lip and front grille. Hopefully next yr I should do some serious mods. Any suggestions on rims for a black 05 E55?
