E55 vs Z06, others
As requested, here's the two vids of ENDSMTG's awesome Stg 2 car running against a new C6 Z06 at the Nov 10 Drag Day.
The Z06 asked for the "bust" on both races - this means that the Benz has to wait for the 'Vette to move first.
It didn't matter.

The terminology from west cost to back there is different.Short time,bust and no clock arent heard out here too much.Sometimes I have to read it twice to grasp what you guys are talking about...lol
Any idea of what that vette was trapping?

The second run was better. Trust me no one wants to see video of our beasts beating Z06's more than me, but this guy didn't drive very well.

Agreed. But he had 2 opportunites to get it right, and on both runs he had the break! What else, besides giving him lengths, were we supposed to do? By the way, doesn't the Z06 have the bigger engine of the 2?

^^"why didnt we get the break instead?" Because you have an automatic and its much easier to launch your car. I'm not using this as an excuse, because I would have never asked for a break. Maybe the ZO6 driver didnt know how to launch his car(pretty obvious). But if both cars had equally capable drivers, this isnt even a fair race. The ZO6 would have killed the E55. There is no disputing that. Not taking anything away from you, its just that you beat a lousy driver, not the car.
And the bigger engine thing? C'mon, get real. you have a 5.4L supercharged motor. doesnt take much to make your motor more potent.

He wanted the break because he knew he couldn't drive. You didn't have to do anything more. Bad driver or not, a kill is a kill.....and those were both kills!

As far as beating a lousy driver not the car... the car was right there with the driver at the end, THEY BOTH LOST.

Coming from somebody who has driven that E and a couple Zo6s.
