..........Pulley is sold. Condition is as pictured. Purchased it 2.5 years ago from Mbautowerks in GA, one of the first Kleemann dealers in USA.

Why would you think that? And he said it was sold... why would he need luck?

I went the route of getting a used kleemann pulley from a member of this board. Sandoval sold me a pulley with extensive dammage that stoped me from installing it.

That pulley was from kleemann and had the kleemann logo on it and not the mbz insignia.

The user selling this is taking this off his kleemann supercharged Mercedes CLk.

good luck

So what? You do understand that Kleemann uses a stock AMG pulley and modifies it right? Guess not.

Might want to check Ted's background here before you throw out dumb statements.

I almost bought that one too. That's too bad the thing was no good, but the pictures kind of showed that.

...............time for me to chime in. I wanted to ignore this since the pulley is already sold, but you keep going at it. Here is a link to the auction. Where does it say that I took it off a Kleemannn supercharged CLK?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...MESE:IT&ih=011

...........you are probably talking about the auction below which is for a totally different item taken from my Kleemann s/ced CLK.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...187368893&rd=1

...........below is a picture of my G55. Is it possible perhaps that I purchased the pulley for my G55?

........I don't know how much you know, but that pulley could not have come from a Kleemann supercharged CLK. CLK's use a short 6 rib pulley. The auction clearly shows the picture of an AMGV8K pulley with 8 ribs for the crank and an inner 6 ribs. If you install it into a CLK, the set up is such that your belt will line up with the inner 6 ribs section which is the same diameter as the oem CLK pulley and offers no advantage but comes with the disadvantage of being markedly heavier. If one wanted to use a larger crank pulley in a Kleemann s/ced CLK, a better option would be something like an ASP pulley made for a C32. In this case the belt will at least line up correctly with area of the pulley with the increased diameter.

..........sorry you had a bad experience with someone else, but I would think that as a result of it you would have become more familiar with what AMGV8K pullies look like.
