I think he meant quicker.
I believe both cars can reach 190 or even 200 mph once you raise or remove the speed-governor (which all ECU tunes do). Both have the same engine, and are very close in performance. The P30 will definately shine more on the "twisties" type track with better suspension and stability. Also, the LSD helps the car get in and out of corners quickly and more efficiently.
