You guys are making me drooool.... I am leaning towards a 996TT, 997TT or 996GT2, the new 997GT2 is awesome but its just too much $$$$.
I agree it may be more economical to go for a unit thats already modded but then you will always doubt if its been abused to much. You also miss the whole upgrade process....!
Good luck guys, be safe and enjoy !!!!

Congratulation FranK~ long time no see&talk...
I've been out of country for about a month now..(in Korea)
When i get back, looks like we will have NY/NJ P-Car Crew~lol (might go little more exotic..not sure as of right now..
)
keep in mind that once u pass 650 kit on tt, it requires lot of internal work
and EVOMS..i heard it's hard to make it run perfect all the time...(requires lotta tweaks)
Reliability and Safety first~!!!![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
My friend's Proto 600 kit scares the crap out of me...so, i would do that kit first to see how it feels....lol
Good luck with ur car and happy motoring!

I don't think I'll be tracking this car, but I'm definitely up for a friendly RT Stage 5 vs. my TT
Let's do it![drive](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/driving.gif)
not sure LOL. I haven't dynoed it yet... that figure is just based on tuner info. My guess is that it's about 560 at the wheels. I need to get on a dyno. I'm running the UMW 1.2 bar program, 100-cell cat exhaust, v-flow, forged DV's, upgraded K24 turbos & IC's, ported stock headers.
It's factory installed lowered sport suspension

all i have to say is, if you end up going with evoms, make sure to tell mike and john that i'm to be the test driver to make sure she's putting down what she's supposed to.

Every car I get I say "this is it" and every car I get I keep it for less time than the one it replaced.
