Funny story about the "Benz Warranty Police"

Funny story about the "Benz Warranty Police"
Can't give too many details but Benz had a special engineer at my dealer this week working on a buyback problem car.
Anyways, he strolls over to my guy and asks what he is working on.
My Guy, "Check out these heads and cams he is putting in this car!" (he knows it's gonna sent off the Blitzkrieg)
Engineer ****, "What??!!! This man is modifying his car with aftermarket parts??"
My Guy, "It's stuffed full of mods. This car right here is pushing 700hp!"
Engineer freaks, "This man's warranty should be terminated immediatlely!! I am obligated to report this to Mercedes Benz!! Please stop what you are doing and give me his name and VIN# at once!!!"
My guy, "Dude, he's OUT of warranty. He can do whatever he wants to his car"
Engineer frustrated walks away shaking his head.
Take that **** Mod Police!!! Couldn't red flag this modder.

Hahahha, that is funny, My shop is pretty cool, but they don't even disclose what my car had to any of their "top inspectors" if anybody asked, they just said I had a simple pulley. Hahahah, deep down underneath there was a dragon breathing fire.

When I brought my car into White Plains MB they had the "special German tech" come and photograph my car. I'm blacklisted by Mercedes, "status 13" or something

That's funny Jackpro. However, that's the problem modders run into. You can have a great relationship with the dealer but once the regional guys get there to investigate a serious problem you could be in trouble.
I don't think your friendly tech is going to put his job on the line to lie about what is going on with your car.
Saying your warranty should be terminated immediately is silly though. So, because you have engine work and your comand fails, they won't fix it LOL.

You know........I'am almost willing to put anything on....but I still feel that this has to do somehting with the ECU/transmission, and not being the only one to experience it....I really think that there is an issue....BUT...do they think it's an issue...or better than that...willing to admit that there is an issue and fix it.......!!!!!

Damn, I hope they find out what this is and issue a TSB on it or something.
I have been following your other thread and you are not alone. I'm one of those picky, notice everything worng with my car kind of guys and this hesitation would make me want to send it over a cliff.
Out where I live we have cliffs in stock and readilly available.
