It all seems a little too good to be true since the public lease is requiring a huge down (over 6k I think).... reading some of the wording and I found this:

*QUALIFICATION FOR THIS PROGRAM IS BASED ON ELIGIBLITY FOR THE MERCEDES-BENZ CORPORATE PROGRAM.

I am not sure what the corp program is but I can only imagine that laymen will NOT qualify. Its probably a employee type program with a reduced MF and cap cost. I have several friends who have leased E350's under this program and they get a 55k msrp car to lease for 27 months for 427 per month including tax with zero down and just drives.

I will check but sounds like its and employee purchase plan lease.

They boost residuals and give the cars very low interest rates in these cases.

If it is an employee lease plan you need an employee number. Each employee gets a number every year but MB normally gives out extra numbers at the end of the year to boost sales in December. So if you have family that works for a dealership or mb corporate you have access to this lease.

If your sales person is willing to risk his dealership being billed back a ton of money he can put you down as a long lost relative and give you the deal as well. But DCFS has started cracking down on that and billing back all sorts of huge figures to crooked dealerships.

I have that E350 and with 15k miles a year its 425 with tax. Hell of a deal. R350 I have is $367 a month with tax and that was a 67k R350. Cant beat these deals.

Too bad my S63 did not fall into one of those plans!

Sounds like the MB E63 special where the dealer kicked in some $ to make it more attractive. I wonder if the car is a demo?

I drive about 4k per year (15k per year for our whole household). Having a 2 mile commute rocks!

So did I but figured a track car was best for the track and a nice road car was best for the road. There is a white BS at MB Encino down the street from my office and another white one in Santa Monica by my drive home from my gym. I do find my self looking and them with a big smile on my face.

New CLK is months away. I cant see buying the last of the last W209 cars.

As for having the whole model line? Got to get to know the whole range of cars. MB has a lot to offer these days!

It's usually 1% more for 12,000 miles, so ~$30 a month.

Last I checked it was a 2% reduction in the residual for the move from 10-12 and then 1% from 12-15k miles.

That is what it was for the R and E350.

Do you think this deal is really possible? I want to turn in the 55 and get the 63 but I am thinking a dealer would laugh in my face if I brought a copy of the webpage in. Any thoughts?

This is probably the best time to get in on one of those lease deals, right before the new year
