Am so excited, I wanted to share the fact that I am finally an official member of the exclusive e55 Wagon club!!! Drove her about 60 miles yesterday & could not be happier. It was in absolutely perfect condition! Didn't even look like anyone had sat in the rear or 3rd row seats!

Details: '06 Iridium Silver, Charcoal Int, Black Birdseye Maple Wood Trim, Lighting Pkg, Prem Pkg, 3rd Row, CPO'd, 12471 miles.

Appreciate the advice I got from users of this forum before I bought this one... thanks very much!

Happy Holidays to all!!!

Oh forgot... maybe best of all is the Keyless Go! Now that's a cool option!

Congrats on the new ride. I hope you are as happy with your E55 as i am with my 63. Can I be in your exculsive E55 wagon club even though I have an E63 wagon?

Roar, congrats on the purchase. I'm looking for one as well. I keep waffling on the exterior color: Silver vs Black. Can you tell me if you were considering other colors and why you decided on silver? BTW, silver is my top choice as I think black = bling and I'd rather be stealthy in appearance - but then black looks pretty nice.

Congratulations again and let us know how any future mods work out.

Silver was my 1st choice although to be honest, I considered every clean one I saw for sale... they just didn't seem to come up very often. I've owned black cars & I'm tired of the work they take! Plus, I live in So Calif & black cars "feel" too hot in the summertime! But let's face it, you can't really go wrong with either color!

At this point, I'm super happy driving the wagon as is. Not to mention I already picked up a speeding ticket in it!!! So the only mod for me right now is adding a Valentine 1 as soon as I can find a shop that can do a really good job of hardwiring one!

Good luck in your search!!!

Congrats! A nice Christmas present, eh? Welcome to the club...

Shouldn't have to pay someone to hardwire your detector - there is a very helpful thread on this board on that topic and I easily installed my Passport using it. (And I'm not the most mechanically savvy guy out there...)

Enjoy the (rocket) sled!

Sorry, I hit the enter key on accident

I live in S. Cal too and was considering a silver 06 a few mos back. I don't believe it is for sale anymore, but it was located in N. Cal., San Raphael at RAB Motors and they listed it at $59K. But now on eBAY there is a FULLY loaded 06 with black grille and flat hood ornament and it's beginning to look more like Magnum. Well, congrats again! This thread is about you - not my wishful thinking.
