You have to have night vision goggles see anything.

I believe the M6 is ont he left. The camera is in the CL65 which would only add more weight than what it already has. This is assuming some one is riding shotgun .lol!

check out this e60 M5 !!! V10 !!!

"We are not done. A 10.9 sec 1/4 mile pass is in our site and that's pretty good for a 4,200 lbs car.
The M5 is developing 709 bhp. Dyno'ed 581 rwhp and 461 lb/ft rw torque. There is much more to be developed for this car by ASR. I am so happy that Abid is local for me."

"The car is running on a nitrous set up. On pure motor the car runs 12.0 and 12.1 sec 1/4 mile passes w/ trap speeds of 122 and 123. These trap speeds are the highest of any M5 in the country.
The car is running a nitrous set up. From the hole the M5 comes out on NA power so as to keep traction and be able to hook up. Second gear still the power overwhelms the rear tire traction. In third gear nitrous is sprayed and then every demon in hell is released. Hold on because you've just been kicked in the face by a mule.
This is outrageous, I've never had more fun running a car.

The nitrous set up from ASR is totally bullet-proof. The system is safe and brilliantly designed. There is an additional ECU flash on top of what you already have to handle the nitrous delivery. The car is TOTALLY bullet-proof. All the nay sayers and haters of nitrous can go to hell. More motors are blown over time due to over-boosting w/ turbos than w/nitrous.

Next months we plan to break into the 10's and this has never been done by any "big named" tuner. ASR and I will crush what is out there.

We have BIG plans for this V10 motor. The potential of 1000 rwhp is within reach. Need to modify the TRANNY to hold the power."

at 14 seconds the CL65 stops going WOT. M6 got the jump CL65 pulled even then let off...the Cl65 pulled the M6 in then seemingly lets off listen carefully. M6 leaves prior to the third honk?? Oh yeah what third honk guy realized shi...he is going

Abid from ASR is a sharp guy, he has done a couple of 55's also. A very nice guy to deal with and I will agree with the poster the nos kit is top of the line.

You can throw a bunch of mods on the 65 but it's pretty much all about taller gearing when it comes to top speed.

Keepin' everything on the low...there is a guy in NY with an M5 who is going for this exact Nitrous system pretty and I hear he plans to trap in the mid 130's. I think he already has a full AC Schnitzer and Kelleners kit. With N2O, its gonna get nasty...Watchout East Coast AMG crew

Hey Frank, you may know him, I'm not sure. To tell you the truth, I don't even really know him but he is a member of M5board and my friend is good friends with him. I can find out more but I'm sure we'll see him on the streets soon enough. I hope your 996TT project is going along great. I would so jump on one of those but I'd be worried about having a high boost 911 as a daily driver, especially since I'd only be able to get an '04 or sooner. And mods are mad dough.

Jody...I'll have something for the Spring, don't worry . (BTW, I am getting so sick of my CLK...I ran a slightly modded E36 M3 last night 5-140 multiple times and he was like a half length ahead until about 125 where I pulled a length )

Why a 2004 or newer?
Mods are expensive.. You might want to buy one that is already modded, but that can be a very dangerous proposition in my opinion.

I meant a 2004 is the newest one I could get lol (I'd probably go with an '03). I priced it up, probably the best I would be able to do is a K24/18 hybrid setup and I don't think I would be too happy with the results...I hate leaving room on the table, but I don't want to go broke either.

I am still very curious on the setup you're getting...PM me if you want to keep it confidential

Keep in mind that these cars are different than our MBs. If you are looking at a 600hp kit, I think it would be pretty quick.
