Enjoy your car and welcome! BTW, It is very true what they say about spending money on mods for the E55...I have owned several AMG cars and sunk about $3K in mods into each and that is all they needed. This has made them the cheapest cars that I have owned and most of my others I went nuts with. Well, I figured the E55 was going to be a few grand in mods too and here I am with $15K and counting.

welcome....I just got an 05' E55 this week ...have barely driven it yet as I'm waiting for the title and insurance to get squared away. I have spent at least 4 hours the last couple days inside the car playing around with all the modern gadgetry.

I'll be picking it up this weekend. It's in service right now for detailing. Well, I just bought the flat hood roundel to replace to OEM one. I don't know if you guys consider that my first mod or not but I'm looking to get some shoes for my ride pretty soon.
Would 19" be better or 20" be better ??????

Either tomorrow or sometime this weekend. They have to replace one of my shock (right side). Somehow when the detailer guys work on the car, they did something that they not suppose to causing the right shock to stay up, it couldnt come back down. That what I was told by them. So I have them to replace that for me... for free of course!
