Ashtray delete part number?

Does anyone have a part number for the ashtray delete kit? My local dealer isn't too sharp so they couldn't find it.

Thanks in advance for any help!

OMG, tell me more, what do they replace it with? I pulled out the tray, I currently have change and stuff sitting in there.

The entire insert and housing gets replaced with an accessory plug and cubby. The flip down wood panel is all that is reused.

There is no difference other than it is cleaner as it was designed as a storage bin, not an ashtray.

Now who has that darn part number!

If anyone can answer his question, can they plz let me know how much it costs as well as post a pic? Cause I cant imagine anyone smoking in an E55, thats what convertibles are for, and normal E classes, not E55s with that (i think) beautiful roof liner.

I have this delete in my E55. I'll take a picture of it tomorrow and post it here. I'll try to find a part number on it somewhere.

Hope this helps. I didn't find a part number or anything anywhere. Actually I don't even know what it looks like with an ashtray. Not sure if it even is a part or anything. I do know the rubber mat piece thing that is in there is removable. Not sure about anything else. Hope this helps! Also I forgot to take a picture of it until I got off from work so it was taken at night. I can take some more of it if anyone wants in the day. I can also maybe take some with the mat out of it if that will help.

Here you go! I just went outside and snapped some pics. of the actual little rubber insert outside the compartment and then another inside. This is like a free little mod, lol, and I'm stoked (sorry about the dust)!

Isn't that what it looks like if you slide out the ashtray ie, stock car with ashtray removed? That's what mine looks like - ashtray in glovebox.

In the first pic. I posted you can see what the comp. looks like without the ashtray and without the rubber mat. The second picture shows what it looks like with the rubber mat in place...

hum... why not just use the ashtray to keep your coins in place?
I mean, if it's a 20-30 dollar piece, i'll get it. However, if it costs over $100 then forget it.

Actually, it holds more without the ashtray like my phone and stuff! I keep all my coins in that little slide out drawer up by the glove box...
