I can go ahead and do an inside video for you if you want, and I'll drive it up and down the street. Let me know, that way you can judge for yourself if it's something you want to deal with.

Yes please! the reason I ask, is on my 2005 corvette I had B&B bullet exhaust, basically same thing resonator & straight piped, sounded mean as hell But a few long trips on frwy sent me into if you can hit the freeway??? say 65-90? Thank you very much!!

Will do! I'm leaving my beast at my shop tonight and taking a pos home, but say... within the next few days I'll bump this thread back to the top and I'll include an inside freeway run, an outside run and I don't know, maybe a donut or two hahaha, maybe not the last part.

Stay tuned... but I assure you in advance, there isn't much to worry about.

The owner eventually came back and requested everything be put back on, complaining about the loss of torque and such. I definitely do not recommend it. I think just a resonator delete coupled with a set of K&Ns really sets the car off nicely.

And I still kept the same set up. Essentially, we "dumped" the exhaust old school style. That way I don't have to deal with an awkward look and should I ever need to re-attach the pipes, it's a simple ten minute job. So, everything looks the same.
Thanks I guess I'll just put on some headers for a little more sound.

Yeah, headers are definitely the way to go if you want some sound-- MKB makes some wicked headers, it'll get your AMG sounding like an F1 car tearing down the highway.

The only problem with that is the 600's don't have Airmatic; rather, they have ABC which is hydraulic.

I really enjoyed the stealthness of the stock exhaust on my old 600.

Is it too loud on the street? Sounds great, there really aren't many exhaust options for the 600's.
